tampon trouble
Okay so I had my period about a week ago and I have used pads for 3 years. never used a tampon. I read the instructions and decided to try them. I put it in just like it said but it really hurt. even to sit down was really bad so I ended up just taking it out. any advice for my next period so I can try again? I don't know what was wrong. please help!
