low sperm count and preseed

My DH has a very low sperm count of course they suggested a fertility doctor but were not ready for that yet. I have faith God will help us through this journey. I take all the vitamins for fertility like a prenatal, vitex, maca, and a multivitamin. He takes a multivitamin and selenium and zinc and fish oil ( all suppose to help with sperm health,motility, and count) have any of you with low sperm count issues used pre seed and had any luck? this is our first month trying pre seed and we've been using it since period ended just for extra luck. Any advice or answers are greatly appreciated! Thanks! and baby dust to all trying !!
