is anyone's baby sleeping through the night yet? my baby is 1 month old and still feeds every 2 to 3 hours! what are some tips to help them sleep more?

My babygirl 1 month old we occasionally get 5 hour stretches at night but most of the time it's every 4 hours. My little miss only catnaps 30-40 mins during the day. We don't ever put her in her Moses basket or crib during the day she is only allowed to sleep on her blanket playmate or bouncer during the day. 
Since she was born she has had a night time ritual lol. Bath at 8.30 with mummy towel time on mummy's bed then dressed into night clothes and bf until she's full or as soon as she becomes sleepy. Then she's put in her Moses basket lights off. 
During the night she only gets bf then put straight back in her basket she settled herself within 2-3 mins. 
All babies are different though she's my 2nd and can self sooth long as she has her blanket. My 1st never settled always needed the breast or me to fall a sleep on. 
So my tip would be during the day try put baby down for a sleep just before they drop off during a feed and try associate their cot/basket for nighttime sleep only. Some people don't like bathing babies everyday but it has worked for this one to realise it's time for a long sleep.

My boy sleeps in 5-6hr stretches at night. Has since week 2. Even though he sleeps like a champ I still wake up to check on him multiple times 😂

My son slept a little over 4 hours last night, a new record. I'll take it over the night before he was feeding every 2 hours in which I was only getting 1 hour of sleep in between with the feeding, diaper change, and rocking him back to sleep.

I am lucky this time baby girl goes 4-6 hours first chunk at night which is considered sleeping through the night for a 1 month old then another 4-5 hours after that. But she eats every 2 hours all day and clusters from 6-8.

Our baby is 3 weeks. We were told by our pediatrician at 2.5 weeks that we could let him sleep however long he wanted at night. We have a night time routine which seems to work for our little man. We change his diaper, put him in pj's and I breast feed him. Usually he will poop while he is feeding, so when he does, we change his diaper again, then I will finish feeding him and then we swaddle him. We only have him in pjs at night and only swaddle at night. He usually sleeps for 4-5 hour stretches.

everybody is probably gonna try and tell me how bad this is but I co slept with my oldest the first 6 months and im doin the same with this little princess.  you just gotta find what works for you.

My little man was up every 2 hours now he has a feed at 10pm wakes at 3 and then I get him up at 7am 
It works so well 😀and so good to have routine to be able to plan ahead
