Tips?

I have been trying to start exercising and eating less, and healthier but I'm having a hard time. I don't have the motivation for the gym, and reaching for that extra snack or second plate always seems so easy. I'm not overweight and I'm not chubby but I don't like my body, I feel like this is something I can fix by eating better and all that but IT IS SO HARD! If you guys have any tips please leave a comment I'll really appreciate it!
