Scared... TTC for baby 2

Can somebody enlighten me...

I am 12 dpo and having cramps / sore breasts / feeling super tired but not nauseous. AF supposed to show 22nd according to Glow. But I am really scared that these symptoms are with AF.. been really desperate for 2nd baby considering the fact that my husband and I are on Long Distance Relationship. I went home for vacation just in time for my ovulation week so I really am hoping to get BFP otherwise I need to take the Clomid which the doctor prescribed for me... please help... 😭😭😭😭😭
