Is it considered rape if he is a little drunk and you blacked out and he still has sex with you twice ?
I got black out drunk with a friend, I drank quicker and he had drank significantly less then me, he informed me the next day that we had sex twice. I only remember waking up naked and asking for the clothes I had thrown up on while he had sex with me.
