pain & tightness in my chest and cant breathe

help! is anyone experiencing these symptoms I'm 38 weeks with my second and I never felt this with my first. it's like achy pains in my chest shoulders and arms and I can't breathe unless I sit or stand straight up I need relief I'm one tired momma
