Blood clot condition

I have factor five and found out when I was 20. I had a clot in each lung super scary was admitted for 2 weeks... we tried and had our daughter when we were 21/22 but she was premature with many pregnancy complications (26wks) never fully given a reason why I took lovenox shots my pregnancy..

Our second we miscarried its heart stoped at 7wks and now we are trying 3 years later and scared to have another preemie or loss. Anyone have factor five and have successfully carried to term, or no complications.. thank you
