Early labor?

Have had contractions for over 24 hours that have been pretty consistent but no real change in intensity or getting much closer together. My last pregnancy I was 41 weeks and had my membranes stripped and kinda knew baby was coming because I was checked every couple of hours and did a lot of walking and pumping to keep things going. I'm only 37 weeks and was at risk for early labor and put on bed rest until this past Monday. I lost my mucus plug for the second time Saturday. My husband doesn't think it's the real deal because he said "I've seen you in labor before" but she has seemed to moved down, I'm having a lot of pain down there, cramping, pooped multiple times yesterday which doesn't happen, and felt nauseous. My mom is supposed to be at the birth but she lives 8 hours away and I want to make sure she makes it...
