Implant+ spotting

Hey ladies, would like to hear some of your experiences regarding the implant.

I had it like 5-6 weeks ago and since I have birth 9 weeks ago I couldn't tell in the beginni g if I was bleeding from the implant or if it is because I just gave birth...

I had days on and off with bleeding which became more like a spotting but it can't last this long.

Understood I can be put on the pill for 2-3 months which would stop the bleeding.

Anyone experienced the same? Did it stop bleeding?
