Postpartum hormones and weight loss??

Anyone else have problems losing weight after having a baby? I ate horrible my whole pregnancy (not proud) but I didn’t gain even one pound of fat. After my swelling went down about a month later I was back to prepregnancy size. I started at about 40 pounds over weight though. After the month mark, I started a very healthy diet, consuming 1350 calories of healthy meals a day. I try to eat as much protein and few carbs as I can. I have only lost 1 pound currently at 2 months PP. I eat healthy but I don’t get good sleep and it’s hard to workout with being a single mom and my baby has colic so I can hardly even put her down to shower. I feel like giving up. I have never tried so hard on a diet before. Any words of encouragement?
