9 weeks pp and not completely healed.. help!

Hi ladies.. its been 9 weeks and my last stitch hurts like hell.. i had constipation at 7 weeks and i strained which caused my last stitch to bleed.. since that day it hurts badly while bm and every time i go to bath that stitch bleeds.. but my sister said to me its healed when she looked..

I am in so much pain cant poo
