What can I do to grow my hair to my shoulders?

I have super curly hair (when just washed) and I want it to reach my shoulders. Is there anything I can use to grow my hair faster?

I massage my scalp with my finger tips when I’m in the shower to help the growing process a little bit. Also, don’t over wash your hair or use heat. You can also take supplements to help grow your hair which you should ask someone else about because I’ve never tried that
