(TMI)??Bowel movements and labour??

Question

Currently 37+4. Throughout my pregnancy I've had slight constipation (I use to pretty much every time I ate) but being pregnant eased my bowel movements slightly, I don't have to worry about going to the toilet after every meal. Anyway, id say the past week I've been going very often and today I've got 5 times, they're fairly loose. I don't feel unwell, however I was sick twice the other day. 
Is this a sign of labour anytime soon or???

I've been having the same thing. Lots of soft stools. I've also been have a lot of contractions that seem to make me have to go 😑 hopefully this is an early/prelabor thing!

That was always a sign for me both times I gave birth.

In my opinion I don't think it is a sign. (TMI next) only time I went multiple times in a day was right after my mucus plug came out, and I was in L&D; within 6 hours.

I would say it can be a sign if you have other symptoms. But that alone isn't a sign you're going into labor. With my first pregnancy I was a little loose a week before I had my son.

I think it's a way of your body kind of preparing for labor. I did this for a few weeks towards the end of my last pregnancy.
