My ex won't stop texting me

I posted on here before that I was in this relationship thats only been going on for 5 months and we moved in together after the first. He was very controlling (didnt want me to have any male friends, even wanted me to delete all pics of males on my phone - even my gay friends 🙄, etc) but he messaged with his 'female friends' ... and there is more to it like him not wanting me to work late, actinglike i wasn't all that smart. He is muslim and I'm not so idk if its a cultrual thing. Anyways I told him I wasnt happy and didn't want this rs anymore, then he went to work and i packed myshit and moved out. Now he wont stop texting me how much he loves me and I shouldnt have left that we could have talked it out and that he will never text a girl again and so on. And he loves me he wants babies with me and marry me (hes been saying that theoughout the rs even he tried getting me pregnant even though i told him i wanted to wait). He sends mepics of him crying etc. he even showed up outside my job begging me to come back. I feel like its so OD for just being together 5 months. What do u guys think? And he lied again when he showed up to my job i saw he called the girl the day befoee that we had a figjt about and it just showed as her number without name but i knew it was her number so i asked him why you called her and he said it wasnt her number and he didnt call her until i showed him proof and then he said he called her onlyto tell her she destroyed his rs. Like wtf? Does he think im stupid! ? Why is he begging me to come back. Im so confused
