As long as your doctor hasn't mentioned it you're fine. I've been put on pelvic rest and it sucks but doing what's best for baby ❤️ you should be fine though

We aren't until 12 weeks. It is an "old wives tale" that having an orgasm of course makes the uterus spasm and can make you miscarry. I'm not chancing it. A lot of women bleed after sex so I know that'd freak me out

As long as your doctor hasnt said you cant then it is completely fine. The vagina is long enough that the penis cannot reach the uterus.
