Was this implantation bleeding?

We have been TTC for over 2 years in hopes of a 2nd child. I have PCOS and 3 fibroids (2 small and I big) I’m just over a week out from my period. Had lots of sex during my fertile window (according to glow) today I’m supposedly 4 days Post ovulation. We had sex today, then just now when I went pee their was a small amount of watery blood.

Implantation bleeding? Or I’m I just reaching?

P.S. I never spot between periods unless I popped a cyst (which I didn’t do cuz I always feel that!)
