Can you bleed and still be pregnant?

I mc'd in April after 7 months of ttc. My cycles are usually 35-37 days. I usually ovulate on day 21 according to my OB and my opks. We have sex the entire week of O every month. Last period was July 31. 5 days long as usual. Got a faint but noticeable line on 9/1 but bled 9/3 for only 3 days but like a regular period. I'm nauseous all the time. I thought it was a stomach bug, but it's been a few weeks now. I'm eating WAY more than usual and abnormally tired. Tests are coming back neg. is there anyone I could be pregnant?
