Any mommas to be taking pure barre classes?
Okay so I love doing pure barre classes but stepped away for 2 months after my MC in July. Well I am almost 6 weeks and really wanna get back at class, but definitely hesitant & worried whether it's too intense, especially because it's been a few months. I did inform my studio that I'm pregnant again & they said to come back when I'm ready (most amazing kind community ❤️) my ob said exercise is great, he is all for it but said to watch my heart rate & not do anything too aggressive. (Note I haven't had my first sono yet though so should I wait until after that)
Any other mamas or mamas to be take pure barre have some advice?
