Can you sleep if its 90° degress hot in your own room?

i hate when the room is so hot and my husband can just pass out! i break out easy and feel like im suffocating. lol what about you guy? i wanna hear ur stories!

Oh hell no! If it's above 73 degrees I'm like burning up! It drives my husband crazy but he enjoys the being able to cuddle me so he won't complain lol. Right now our thermostat is set to 70, and the ceiling fan is on high and I'm still kinda warm lol.

yep. i don't mind it. but then again,  i was born premature,  at 7 months and spent a whole  month in nicu under all those lights, in the warmth.im also tiny. 5 foot and 95 lbs. im absolutely comfortable at 85 degree. at 90, i would use a fan, but still not really bothered by it. i never sweat either. unfortunately for me, my husband likes it cold, below 70. so, i sleep with long and thick pjs and a blanket. i absolutely hate being cold.. and to ke anything bellow 75 is cold. hence the reason why i live in Florida. always hot as f...

I live in an old house with no insulation, and no air system. After a certain temperature the window units don't really do much. What sucks is I cannot sleep without a blanket no matter how hot 😂

I cannot stand it being warm when I sleep. My SO and I pay a hefty bill each month because we both like the a/c set to like 67-69 when we sleep. So worth it to us lol

Definitely not. I’m a little spoiled at bedtime lol the room has to be cold, I have to have my fan and it has to be completely dark. And with being pregnant and burning up constantly it’s even worse than it was. Currently laying in bed with my air set to 69 with a fan on each side of my bed turned on along with the ceiling fan goign😬 I cannot stand to be hot while trying to sleep 😂😂
