Crushes and mixed signals

Okay so I've liked the same guy for two years. Ive recently started talking to him more and more and have fallen for him more. The problem is he has a girlfriend but acts like he likes me. He moved here from another country and his girlfriend lives back there. I can promise he is not a player. He is the nicest person I've ever met he turkey is a perfect guy. I don't know if I should just give up. I've tried that though and it didn't work. He makes it a point to say hi to me every time he sees me, which makes t really hard for me to ignore him cause he has a girlfriend. I feel bad for liking him so much because I know it's wrong and I know I can't have him so I'm only hurting myself! What do I do?
