First trimester/early pregnancy affirmations?
Hi! I'm one of those pregnant ladies who worries unnecessarily all the time and I've been trying to work on focusing more positively. Does anyone have good first trimester or early pregnancy affirmation sources? Websites you like or just specific ones you find helpful? I've found some on Pinterest, but a lot of them are for conception or birth. Some are more general. Any ideas are appreciated! (Examples of a few I like in the picture.)
