do softcups work??

I was just wondering if anyone has tried disposable or soft cups and if they work. thanks!

yes, I prefer soft cup over my diva. They self empty when I urinate which was WEIRD but I'm used to it now. I don't have to fold it weird to insert and hope I got it right. I clean one soft cup through cycle like I would a diva- they're more fragile.

Yes! I highly recommend them to everyone I know! I started off using the disposable menstrual cups to make sure I could “handle” it, because the reusable cup is a bit expensive. I ended up loving the cup and purchased a Diva cup and have been using it every since. The main reason I decided to make the switch from tampons to the menstrual cup was because I have an extremely heavy flow and I stumbled upon a medical article one day that said TSS was more likely to occur in those who use super tampons and I used the biggest ones I could find. I also love that my Diva Cup saves me money in the long run, helps the environment with less waste, is safer and more sanitary, and that the cup can stay in for up to 12 hours, which is helpful during my long work shifts. 
Heads up though, there is quite a large difference between the disposable and reusable menstrual cups. And just like it took some practice (at least for me) to learn how to use a tampon, it does take time to get the hang of the cup, but in the end it is definitely worth it!

I have a compact cup that I can use during the day and disposable cups I like to use it night. If I use my cup at night I leak so bad no matter how well it seated. they are soft cups or disposables are a lot shorter and I don't have any problems with them overnight.

I personally use the diva cup and i love it! Its so nice not having to waste a bunch of money on tampons or pads. It did take me a couple tries to figure out the best position for it, but it works great 😊
