Making moves

So I want to know some advice on making moves on your boyfriend. I tend to always wait for my boyfriend to make a move on me (except kissing that seems to be the only thing I can do "on my own") even when I really want him, I will wait until he makes the move on me almost until he gives the "go ahead" that I can start lol. I think it stems from insecurity and fear of rejection which he and I spoke about and he told me he will never turn me down and that he always wants me. I feel like I need some confidence or boosters on how to do this. He loves it when I make the first move on him, said it's a huge turn on and he and I have so much history together. We both lost our virginity to one another but broke up, remained friends but lost touch and now years later we are back together and couldn't be happier. It's like that right person wrong time thing that happened when we were younger and now we're a match made in heaven. I feel like he knows me better than anybody else bc we were always close throughout it all. I want to give him what he wants but I get this shy/coy thing in me and just freeze up. Any advice or pointers?!
