16 and pregnant

Hi everyone, I found out I am 6 weeks pregnant. I told my boyfriend and parents. My boyfriend wants me to keep it, and so do I. My dad believes it's my choice, and my mother wants me to have an abortion. I would graduate a semester after the baby is born. I have a job not much just 10$ an hour and my boyfriend has a full time job as a manager and helps remodel homes on the side. He's only 18 but he graduated early and got up there. Anyways me and him both would like to keep the baby due to us wanting to stand up for our responsibilities and it is a baby. But my mother is dead set on us having an abortion. I've read some places she can't make me and that it's child abuse and she can get in trouble if she tries to force me. I live in California so I'm not sure on how that affects the laws and situation. I just really do not want to have an abortion and I don't know what to do. Please help any advice would be appreciated on how I can get out of her forcing me to have an abortion.
