Going on 2 weeks of a cold

I'm 12 weeks along and about two weeks ago I got sick. Ive been taking Tylenol sinus medicine as well as just using halls and Vicks to help with my congestion, but is this normal...to be sick this long? I have a doctors appointment Tuesday, but i would still love some input from others experience and knowledge.
