D&C charges
I had to have a d&c; just over a month ago at 11 weeks. I am desperately trying to understand my bill. Before insurance the total charges are $11,163.96 my insurance paid about half leaving me with 5,521 to pat. That does not include my doctors fee for doing the procedure, anesthesiologist, or pathologist. We need/want to see a specialist, but can't even consider it if we can't pay this bill. Is this a normal amount in the state of Georgia?
