Compliment???

So I was on my lunch break over at my local grocery store and as I walked out three boys (probably 16yrs old or so) were walking past me. One of them flagged me down saying "ma'am you are gorgeous and your makeup is done beautifully," to which I said "thank you" and kept walking. I got maybe five steps past them when another of the boys says, "I'd tap that."

On the one hand I'm flattered by the first thing they said but on the second hand totally not happy about the last bit. Would you get upset if someone said that to you??? Opinions thoughts??

BTW I'm 24 and my husband was on the phone with me when this happened 😂
