Feeling blue

Ladies how do you get over a break up. I broke up with my fiance of 3 years last night after he decided he wanted to put a knife to my throat because of an argument we were having then he threw me and my son clothes outside. So i took my son and left him. And it wasnt the first time he pulled a knife out on me i forgave him the first time but i cant do it again. But now im going through the motions im crying im angry im hurt im just going through it. How do i cope with this break up ladies please help.
