Possibly delivering early!

I am at super high risk of delivering early. My last pregnancy I had a placental abruption early on and ended up going into premature labour and delivering at 26 weeks. So far this pregnancy has been going well, but now I've been in and out of fetal assessment the last week and am told I need to be monitored all the time now. I was told that I have an irritable uterus this time around, which has been making me have small contractions for about a month on and off now. So I'm 31 weeks right now and was told that I'll likely go into labour naturally within the next 2-4 weeks! I'm nervous to go early, as my last baby didn't make it.

Anyone have any good experience delivering around the 33ish mark? I need some good thoughts to calm my nerves!
