Brownish yellow discharge?

Monday I had a pelvic exam and Wednesday I had a bunch of Braxton hicks. So Thursday when I started having a brownish yellow discharge I started to freak out. Considering I'm only 33 weeks well went into the doctors and they told me my cervix was closed and she could only get a tip of her finger in there. No blood on her glove either; well today it's continued and might be due to the pelvic exam yesterday but I was just wondering if anyone else has had to deal with this.
