Getting Induced

I'm currently 37w2d and my doctor is saying that my daughter is going to be too big at 40 weeks for me to deliver vaginally so next Thursday we are discussing a day to be induced. I'm extremely nervous. Does anyone have any tips on being induced or has anyone had this experience?
