Dying over here

Does anyone else feel so miserable before AF? This is only my first month TTC so I highly doubt that's my problem, not even sure I'm ovulating. But AF isn't due until the 2nd and I'm literally so miserable I wish she would just come and go! Boobs are unbearably sore, keep getting cramps in my lower gut and back, making me sick to my stomach. I keep thinking I had to of started bleeding cuz it hurts so bad lol but no! Just curious if anyone else experiences this nonsense and if so, what do find helps, if anything?
