I don't think men simply being in the room with you will affect the results
Sneak peek gender test accuracy!
Hi ladies! I just got my results back from sneak peek and it says boy! I just gave birth to a baby boy 12 months ago. It says on the website that won't affect my results but I'm skeptical. Also it says in the instructions that you need to fill the vial in 3 minutes. Lol well it took way longer than that so my blood was exposed to the air and dripping all over my fingers before scooping into the vial. Also 4 different males kept coming in and out of the kitchen even though I told them not too 😡 Do you think them coming into the same room trying to talk to me would contaminate my results? Is male DNA in the air or just on surfaces? We did wash hands and sanitize counter. Thanks for your input!

Sanitize the surface you are collecting your sample on. Make sure to thoroughly sterilize your hands and focus on scrubbing your fingertips and under your nails. Rinse hands thoroughly and allow them to air dry. Do not use a towel or touch anything. Do not allow any male to open your test box or touch any of the contents inside before, during, or after sample collection. Do not allow a male to help you in any way to collect your sample.

My fiancé came in and said geez you guys are still doing the test? Also his stepdad came in and was talking crap saying it's not gonna work etc. Standing right behind me talking. I will let you guys know it'll be about 3 weeks! TBH I'm kinda hoping it was wrong.
Yes males in the room you are in will change the results. As well as not cleaning the area right ect ect. It's very specific in its rules for a reason. Hopefully it's right tho.

Why would it change the results if males were in the room but did not touch anything after sanitization if there is no male DNA in the air?
