LIFE-CHANGING TIP
Ok so a bit TMI but I have had HORRIBLE external hemorrhoids the last few days and today it got real painful. I've been eating tons of fiber and hydrating like crazy and haven't been constipated at all, they just showed up one day. Anyway, I was at my wit's end so I bought some comfortable panties (I mostly have thongs which reallllllly suck when part of your butt is where it shouldn't be) and ordered some witch hazel pads on Amazon but they won't arrive til Monday. 😣
So I was googling other solutions and saw something about pushing them back in. At first I was a little sketched so I did some research and even WebMD says if they don't go back in on their own after a few days they can be gently pushed back in! They don't go away of course and you may have to do it more than once but it REALLY helps with the pain! Anyway, if their are any other poor ladies out their struggling with a nasty case of the 'roids, I hope this helps!
Also, if this is actually a bad idea or you've heard it's dangerous please let me know! Couldn't find anything that says not to do it as long as you're careful. If you have any other solutions to hemorrhoids drop them in the comments!
Update: it doesn't work forever and if you sit down to pee or have a bowel movement it seems to come back out, but I think I will try to gently clean the area and just push it back in again. 😂
