Strong pregnancy symptoms but BFN

I'm at a loss here. I've been having a lot of consistent symptoms over the past week. Cramping, pressure in uterus, smelling odd smells, craving milk (which I normal can't drink), bloating, nausea, breast tenderness. Today is day 5 of these symptoms and I got a BFN. I'm not discouraged about that just really confused. Maybe I tested too early or maybe my symptoms are just coincidental but it's driving me nuts, lol. I'm going to wait a week and see if symptoms persist. If they do I'll retest.
