Today was my first appointment at 8 weeks and it went well for the most part, besides not being able to get a ultrasound and the Dr saying my cervix was slightly open, she didn't seem to worried about that though. They wouldn't do an ultrasound because they wanted to check my HCG levels to see if they have increased since my Emergency Room visit at 6 weeks. levels were 5,000 then. I guess my Dr is worried about the risk of miscarrying because of where I had spotted before I went to the Emergency room, what really is worrying me is when she said my cervix was slightly open but like i said she didnt seem too worried about it, when she did my pap smear, there was a little blood on the q-tip. she asked me if I had noticed anymore bleeding, and I have not. I'll have the blood results back and I'll know then if they will do a ultrasound or not. Praying I get good results and everything will be okay!! I have faith!
