Drinking a mixture of Red Raspberry Leaf, Oatstraw, Alfalfa Grass & Nettle leaf tea as recommended by my home birth midwife to strengthen my uterus to help with a natural labor and less painful contractions.
Finally buying:
- Stroller (CYBEX PRIAM ALL TERRAIN W LUX SEAT)
- Car seat (PIPA NUNA 2017)
- DOCK-A-TOT
- Simple, inexpensive clothes (PRIMARY.com)
- Bath (STOKKE FLEXI BATH W NEWBORN SUPPORT)
Going to prenatal yoga 3-4 times per week.
Walking up the steep hill on our block every day.
Meditating once a day before bed (EXPECTFUL APP)
Still need help with cloth diaper recommendations (anyone??).
Taking prenatal DHA + prenatal vitamin, Magnesium and probiotics every single day.
Excited for our babymoon to Palm Springs next week as a last hurrah for my man and I.
