Opinion? (Read before you vote!

I'm having a conversation with my sister about my ex. (We broke up years ago, no animosity or anything.) Turns out, he is having a baby with his girlfriend. But the "girlfriend" turns out to be someone I thought was his cousin.

Here's how things happened. We worked together and he was super flirty, but I found out he was engaged. He got married in October and separated in December. 🤦🏼‍♀️ We became roommates because he had a spare room and I needed a place and later once the annulment was confirmed, we began dating and shared a room. There was a girl at our work who he said was a 2nd or 3rd cousin. I don't question it. They never seemed to be more than coworkers who talked at work. He just happened to mention they were cousins one day. I never noticed anything weird, and I had no reason to be suspicious. Things continue, never had any cheating issues with him, but later we decided to end it. I moved on, got married to someone else. It's been about 7 years now, and I just found out the girl he called his cousin is pregnant with his child. Imagine my confusion. 😂 Now, I'm wanting some opinions. What do you girls think was going on? (I know this isn't going to confirm anything. It's just for fun. I could ask him if I wanted to know. If anyone is really interested, I might text him, just to satisfy my curiosity 😂)

So given all this information what do YOU think is the most likely scenario?

A) 🤢 They're related, they probably just don't care.

B) 😡 They're not related, he was lying (and probably cheating)

C) 🤔 Maybe they thought they were related and then found out they weren't and got together.

D) 🤷🏼‍♀️ Not sure what to think!
