It's not that it's slutty, it's not at all… I just think it would be smart for you to spend some time focusing on your own healing before getting into another relationship. You don't want to carry unhealthy patterns into a new relationship. Doing your healing before hand can really help you with that to ensure that your next relationship is a healthy one.

It’s not slutty but in most cases it takes more than a month to recover from the emotional trauma of a domestic violence situation. So you are putting yourself at risk to be too attached or dependent on your new partner because your emotions from your last relationship or not fully processed. I would recommend a client go longer single.

I was in a very verbally abusive relationship with a "boy" that cheated on me numerous times and always put me down,  I entered my next relationship a month later,  I was pretty screwed up mentally and my new bf had flat out told me if I wanted things to work I needed to let it work. it was a big eye opener. we have been together 6 years now and happily married with a 1 year old. so lucky to have my amazing husband.

I think it really depends.... for me personally, it didn't work out at first. My insecurities from my previous abusive relationship definitely hurt my relationship that I jumped into right afterwards.. we ended up breaking up after a month because of the stress/anxiety of my insecurities. However, 4 months later we gave it another go and have happily been together for a year now :) If you feel ready, go for it! But if you have any doubts.. maybe just wait it out and make sure you've healed :)

I would say no, not for being slutty, but because if you were actually in that situation you wouldn't feel ready that soon... wanting companionship and someone there is one thing but as far as an actual relationship after a domestic issue you aren't ready for a good bit emotionally and mentally
