Well I'm out for this month yet again 😩😩😩 has anyone else have trouble keeping track of the AF after getting off the depo shot? Ever since I have gotten off my periods are VERY irregular and I never know exactly when I'm ovulating so it's hard to know when I should test. And I'm wondering if there is anything to help with my periods being so irregular that has helped other people
