Earlier Post "Second Opinion"

I received a lot of feedback that helped me make my decision. So thank you everybody. Now for Part 2...

We've been dating for 10 years and have a child. A few years ago when I would hang out with friends he would follow me and tell me how he didn't like me going out. I would come home by 3:30 the latest and I wasn't going out as much as he is now. Fast-forwarding to the present, we NEVER go anywhere because he never has the money, but for the past month he's been out 4 times with co-workers for birthdays, after-parties, etc. and I brought it to his attention. He doesn't invite me because he feels that his co-workers are not my type. Recently he went out and I didn't hear from him until after 1pm because he supposedly was put into a holding cell after he tried to drive drunk. He always have an excuse why he couldn't make it home at a reasonable time. Is his actions still acceptable?
