Having symptoms but not sure. Ps kinda long post oops

I've been getting colds a lot. I got sick about 3-4wks ago(puking and diarrhea) for a couple days. I've been feeling like I'm getting chubby. I'm extra gassy lately. Ive been getting a lot of headaches. And yesterday and early this morning I've had spotting. (I'm trying for my second baby and I didn't have any of these symptoms the first time so I'm unsure if they could be prego symptoms)

My periods are super irregular like I could not have one for 2-3months and then I get one. But the spotting has stopped and i havent had a period. All the tests I've taken (2-3) were cheap ones and were negative and my bf has like a 1% chance of being able to get me pregnant but I feel like I could be pregnant. Could I be?
