ovary discomfort
so yesterday was my peak ovulation day, used opks to track it. three days ago we bd'd and yesterday 2x. now when I ovulate I usually dont feel any ovary discomfort and whem I do its very very subtle. But yesterday it was really noticeable! both ovaries were hurting and I felt so uncomfortable. is this normal? I have PCOS so super happy to find I ovulated naturally. any ideas why both sides would hurt????
