Possible Miscarriage

Hi , I’m 20 years old & had my first miscarriage this past April (I didn’t know I was pregnant). I had been bleeding for 21 days; I’m anemic and when I started to feel dizzy I went to the hospital. They originally thought it was an ectopic pregnancy , but they ruled it to be a miscarriage a few days after. I had to keep going back to have blood tests done. I have endometriosis which can cause infertility so I’m not sure if that’s what’s happening here. I’ve only had a history of ovarian cysts. Idk. Can someone tell me what this looks like ?
