Help condom probs.

My boyfriend and I were having having sex and I was on top. We have been dating for 2 years now. We have always used condoms and when he cums he pulls out anyway even though he's wearing a condom. We were in on 2nd condom because he cummed in the first one and then we changed it. I'm a really tight girl and the condom was a magnum which hes not that big yet. Anyway it got stuck but we got it out. And then he went to oral and usually when we do that I squirt a lot. I was only at 3% risk of pregnancy. I'm a week late and I just need some answers I dont think I'm pregnant but I'm starting to get worried.
