So I have had sore nipples for the past three days now, but I got a negative on the pregnancy test. My period isn't suppose to be here till October 12th, could it just be soon to tell and I'm actually pregnant?

If your period isn't due until then you'd just be ovulating so you couldn't be pregnant yet, ovulation can cause sore boobs as well
