My son is 8 months old and he's never been to one of these " play groups " where a bunch of mums meet up with their babies.

It's got different sessions like baby sensory group etc.

My cousin has a son 7 weeks younger than mine and he's attended every class, gone swimming with Both parents and now is about to have a christening. I've done none of that.

Im a single mum and don't wanna go to classes or swimming on my own, I know that's a rubbish excuse but my marriage really mentally damaged me and I'm depressed. I feel like I'm a bad mum so I posted this for abit of reassurance if it's a NEED to take them ?
