Contractions?

Can someone give me their experiences with what contractions feel like? 👀
I’m a FTM, and all most full term and I’m still not sure what they are or what they feel like. 🤐🤷🏼‍♀️

everyone is different. I never had the menstrual cramps in the front. I had back labor which lasted 3 days and was just an annoying back pain until I went into active labor.  when in active labor it felt like someone was tightening a belt around my lower back every couple minutes and they last around a minute each time.  Just breath through each contraction and focus on your breathing to get through it.  In my experience it wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be in my head.  Good Luck!!

Really really bad menstrual cramps!!! 😓😓😓 First it was just kinda slight then it was to much to bare to make you wanna cry! Congrats 😁😁😁

When mine started they just felt like a period cramp that would start off dull and then get a bit more intense at the peak and then taper off. They would get a bit more painful each time as I progressed.
