Ouch! 24 weeks and 5 days, kind of worried 😩

So today I've had an issue. I keep getting random pains like pressure in lower stomach and groin area. If never hurt like this with my first! The pain will come suddenly and I can't even move or breathe. It goes away and then I'm fine. But comes back.

Not sure what's wrong but jesus it hurts 😭 anyone ever experienced this? Should I be worried?
